AIM Training Method provides personalised training plan generation based on user-supplied biometric and health data. The service is provided for informational and general fitness purposes only.

AIM Training Method is not a medical service. The training plans, rehabilitation protocols, and health guidance provided are for general fitness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise programme, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition. If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention. The presence of a rehabilitation protocol in the app does not replace assessment or treatment by a qualified physiotherapist.

AIM Pro is available at £9.99 per month or £79 per year. Payments are processed by Paddle. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

A free tier is available with limited features. We reserve the right to modify the features available on the free tier at any time.

You may not use AIM Training Method for any unlawful purpose. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the platform or its content. You may not share your account credentials with others.

The AIM Training Method platform, design, training methodology content, and rehabilitation protocols are the intellectual property of [your name / company name]. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIM Training Method is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the service or reliance on training plans generated by the platform. Use of the service is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
