Subscription refunds
AIM Training Method offers a 7-day refund on all new Pro subscriptions. If you subscribe to AIM Pro and are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at [your email address] and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After 7 days
We do not offer refunds for subscription periods already paid after the 7-day window has passed. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscribers who request a refund within 7 days of purchase will receive a full refund. Refund requests after 7 days for annual subscriptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us to discuss.
How to request a refund
Email [your email address] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Processing
Refunds are processed via Paddle and will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider — typically 3–10 business days.
